Unfortunately, due to the nature of our business, RICH Soaps is unable to accept returns on any soap products where the packaging has been opened/used. We really hope you understand. In the event you need to return your package, for any reason, please reach out to RICH Soaps so we can email you a Return Label to print and include on your package while sending. Please be aware RICH Soaps primarily uses U.S.P.S for shipping purposes, unless otherwise notified.
If you have received the wrong package, please email us at, or text us at (720) 432-1774 so we can rectify the situation and further provide directions for returning the package. PLEASE DO NOT USE OR OPEN THE PACKAGING!
If your package was damaged during the delivery process:
  1. Take a picture of the damaged package upon receipt
  2. Compose an email to and include your (a) Name. (b) Date the package arrived (c) whether or not the product (soap), or product packaging was damaged in the process of delivery. 

Once we have received your email informing us of your damaged package, we will email you a return label to print and include on the package while sending, only if the product or product packaging was damaged in the process of delivery.
